Partnership Success Manager

Responsible for the overall relationship and management of day-to-day solution-based sales activities towards leagues and/or confederations in Europe.

This means being hands-on, doing the various ad-hoc work in partnership with the management team and the local talent at the office.

To make financing as our secret weapon! Take a lead role in bringing operational excellence to the company, installing the right amount of process, reporting, and structure. Forecasting, modelling, and analysis with OKRs.

  • Maintain accountability for the growth, both through new league partner acquisition as well as the development of existing relationships.

  • To work full-time at the OZ London office, closely with the management team. Being a master of change.

  • To be self-sufficient in prospecting and reaching out to the leagues in the target markets. Including analyzing the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.

  • Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. This may include calculating the potential Annual Recurring Revenue of the deals.

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    The Ability To Forecast. It's important you can maintain a level of predictability at all levels.

  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

  • To be constantly seeking new opportunities for us to succeed, as well as keeping an eye on the competition, and making sure we are at the forefront of the industry.

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

  • Constantly seek out new ways to make the product attractive to different partners and to attract more customers.
