Unity, Football, Quality & Access!
We have partnered with the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football to bring the sport back to life in their region.
Concacaf reached out to OZ Sports asking for assistance in the growth and exposure of football within the member nations. Concacaf is the second richest federation, only behind UEFA in commercial deals, but lacked the product showcasing, promotion and visibility when compared to the other 5 FIFA continental governing bodies for association football.
As a result, OZ Sports created an OTT specific solution. Concacaf Go is a platform that hosts live streaming of Concacaf tournaments. The service offers full-match access, exclusive highlights and videos from its member clubs and national teams. It has additionally broadcast entertainment events such as official draw ceremonies.
Soccer competitions and events that have been streamed live and on-demand on Concacaf Go include the Scotiabank Concacaf League, Concacaf Gold Cup, Concacaf Nations League, Concacaf Champions League and Concacaf Women’s Championship.
It has also offered digital and mobile coverage of youth tournaments such as the Men’s and Women’s Concacaf Under-17 Championship, as well as the Concacaf Under-13 Champions League. In addition to regular soccer, North American national teams Beach Soccer action has been featured on the platform in the past.
Through this, Concacaf competitions are reaching unprecedented exposure, increasing it's value and entering new markets.
“We have been working on the "One Concacaf Vision" of President Victor Montagliani. We are creating a network of unified competitions, development and leadership that unites our diverse region into one strong body, with the goals of actively promoting universal access to our sport, and raising the quality of football across our Confederation.”
General Secretary, Philippe Moggio. Concacaf Go is an integral part of this strategy, aligning and aggregating all content and federations into the overall vision.
