As OZ is a Delaware C corporation, we need to work with US shareholders and financial frameworks to build up a solid Silicon Valley corporate infrastructure, and data-room. This may include the use of tools like Carta or US-based accounting systems.
The role is very much integrated into the day-to-day of the business, including investor relations, financing deal-making, governance, reporting, and other key back-office matters.
